What countries do you ship to?

We ship to a great number of countries using a worldwide carrier service. Please refer to the checkout for a full list of available countries. In case your country is not yet available, reach out to our team at info@vandel.co and we will make our best to ensure your country is added.

How much does it cost to to ship to my country?

Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout. They are dynamically calculated based on the number of items of your purchase and your shipping destination. For your reference, most usual costs are as follows:

• European Union: Free
• United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, San Marino, Andorra, and Monaco: Free
• United States and Canada: Free
• Iceland: 10€
• Russia: 25€
• Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Panama, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay and Peru: 15€
• China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Macao SAR, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand: 15€
• Australia and New Zealand: 15€
• Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar: 35€

Do I have to pay tariffs of custom taxes for my order?

Yes, the purchaser is responsible for any duties and import taxes required by the customs agency of your country. Please note we are shipping from Spain. Therefore, no EU order will be subject in any case to any customs taxation. 

Can I track the status of my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment status from My Account. Additionally, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the parcel.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once your order is complete our team will prepare the shipment in 24-48h. Transit time will depend on the shipping option you select and will be based on your country and postal code. When choosing Express Shipping (if available for your country) the orders will be delivered in 48 hours upon completion.
