Our MTO manufacturing process takes about 4 weeks, starting from the moment you place your order, when you pair is automatically launched to production. Please note, made-to-order items can not be cancelled or modified after being launched to production.

Once launched to production the order cannot be cancelled, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to try and avoid your pair to enter production.
We ship to a great number of countries using a worldwide carrier service. Please refer to the checkout for a full list of available countries. In case your country is not yet available, reach out to our team at email@example.com and we will make our best to ensure your country is added.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. They are dynamically calculated based on the number of items of your purchase and your shipping destination.
Yes, the purchaser is responsible for any duties and import taxes required by the customs agency of your country. Please note we are shipping from Spain. Therefore, no EU order will be subject in any case to any customs taxation.
Yes, you can track your shipment status from My Account. Additionally, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the parcel.
Once your order is complete our team will prepare the shipment in 24-48h. Transit time will depend on the shipping option you select and will be based on your country and postal code. When choosing Express Shipping (if available for your country) the orders will be delivered in 48 hours upon completion.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods or products that are made to order and/or clearly personalized. All the products that are handcrafted and made to order under your request (MTO) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers can request the size change of any new, unused and unaltered pair of shoes within 7 days of delivery.
We will manufacture a replacement free of cost on the new size. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. Specifically, no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe. The change of the product shall include all original packaging, together with the manual instructions and whichever documents included in the original order, if any.
The customer will be responsible for the returning shipping costs to our warehouse and the subsequent shipping costs of the new pair of shoes manufactured.
Customers shall not ship back any item without requesting the appropriate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code in the first place. Delivery of unauthorized merchandise will be rejected.

You shall not leave your shoes out in the sun, since large exposures could fade and warp the leather. Store your shoes in a cool dark closet. If possible fit them with shoe trees, in case you don’t have a pair fit them with a nice amount of paper from a newspaper. The latter will help absorb the moist and in case you didn't know, newspaper ink has antibacterial properties.
